Bilingual Real Estate Media Quality Control Virtual Assistant
Company: Caya Médias
Hours: Approximately 30 hours/week
Schedule: Must be able to work within EDT hours. Morning QC must be completed by 8:30 AM EDT, with availability through approximately 2:00 PM EDT for same-day client revisions. Weekend availability is strongly preferred.
Compensation: Salary at $800/month
About the Role
Caya Médias is looking for an exceptionally detail-oriented and dependable Virtual Assistant to handle final quality control for real estate media before client delivery.
This is not a basic administrative VA position. Your primary responsibility is to ensure every property file is truly complete, accurate, corrected, and ready for delivery before it reaches our administrative team's final validation.
We need someone we can trust to catch mistakes before they become client problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform final QC on real estate photos, videos, floor plans, and property media.
- Review photos for issues such as framing, horizons, missing images, and other quality concerns.
- Verify that all required property assets and corrections are complete.
- Review and manage property workflows in Spiro, ensuring tasks and files are accurately marked and nothing is closed prematurely.
- Confirm that previously requested video and photo revisions have been completed and preserved.
- Identify missing or incomplete deliverables before reporting a property as complete.
- Handle same-day client revision requests when needed.
- Clearly document issues, corrections, and outstanding items.
- Proactively follow through on problems instead of waiting for someone else to catch them.
What We're Looking For
You should be:
- FLUENT in both French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized.
- Reliable, responsible, and highly accountable for your work.
- Comfortable working independently and making sound decisions.
- Proactive about identifying and resolving problems.
- Able to manage multiple properties and deadlines without losing track of details.
- Comfortable communicating when something is unclear rather than making assumptions.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with real estate photography/video quality control is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with the following is a major advantage:
1. Spiro
2. AutoHDR
3. Adobe Photoshop
4. Real estate photo and video workflows
Equipment & Software Requirements
1. Reliable high-speed internet.
2. Must have your own active Adobe Photoshop account/subscription and be comfortable using Photoshop for corrections that cannot be completed through AutoHDR.
3. Computer capable of efficiently reviewing and managing photo and video files.
What Success Looks Like
- A property should never be marked complete while required files, corrections, plans, or other deliverables are still missing.
- We are looking for someone who takes ownership of every file they review and can become a trusted QC partner who significantly reduces errors, rework, and unnecessary follow-ups.
- If you are highly organized, naturally notice small mistakes others miss, and take pride in getting things right the first time, we'd like to hear from you.
