PdM (Product Development Manager) (Launch of Philippine Development Team)
?Specific Duties
Responsible for PdM duties in the development area of our proprietary SaaS service for the EC (E-commerce) industry.
PdM for the project to make our internal tools web-based.
Understanding of EC platform API integration (e.g., Amazon / Rakuten / Yahoo).
Launch and management of the Philippine development team (approx. 2-3 engineers).
Correctly understanding requirements from the Japanese side, breaking them down, and conveying them to team members.
Schedule management, task management, and development flow maintenance.
?Required (MUST)
PdM experience (5+ years) with IT products.
Experience leading overall product development.
Ability to correctly understand requirements from the Japanese side, logically break them down, and convey them.
High communication skills in Japanese and English (Business level or higher).
Decision-making skills based on quantitative and qualitative data.
Project experience using AWS.
?Preferred (WANT)
Team lead experience with 5 or more members.
Experience in launching/scaling a product organization.
Understanding of Agile development.
