Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Time with a 30-minute break

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Bilingual Intake & Lead Specialist to engage with prospective clients who have expressed interest in our legal services. This is a client-facing role focused on responding to inbound inquiries, following up with leads, understanding their legal concerns, and guiding them through the next steps of the intake process. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who is personable, empathetic, and confident speaking with people over the phone. You should be comfortable building rapport, asking thoughtful questions, and identifying opportunities to connect potential clients with the legal services that best fit their needs. While prior legal experience is not required, a customer-focused or sales-oriented background is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up promptly with inbound leads via phone, text, and
Build rapport with prospective clients through professional, empathetic, and engaging conversations.
Conduct intake calls to understand each prospective client's legal situation and gather relevant information.
Speak with prospective clients about matters such as unlawful detainers (evictions), assess their legal needs, and qualify them for a consultation with the legal team.
Ask relevant questions to identify additional legal concerns and introduce other available legal services, including offering a complimentary second opinion when appropriate.
Qualify leads and coordinate consultations with the appropriate tea
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM or case management system.
Ensure timely follow-up with prospective clients to maximize conversion opportunities.
Communicate effectively with the internal team regarding lead status and next steps.
Handle sensitive conversations with professionalism, patience, and discretion.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Previous experience in inside sales, lead qualification, appointment setting, customer service, intake, or another client-facing role.
Strong phone presence with excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Comfortable asking questions, identifying client needs, and guiding conversations toward scheduling a consultation.
Ability to build trust and establish rapport quickly with prospective clients.
Calm, patient, empathetic, and professional when handling sensitive situations.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Proficient with CRM systems and standard business applications (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.).
