JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly qualified Bilingual Virtual Assistant who is 100% fluent in both Spanish and English to join our team. The ideal candidate will be 30 years or older, possess excellent bilingual communication skills, and demonstrate strong critical thinking abilities. This role requires someone dependable, resourceful, and committed to delivering efficient, high-quality results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide professional support in both Spanish and English languages.
Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, prospects, and tea ---------- mbers.
Handle daily work assignments with accuracy and professionalism.
Demonstrate excellent comprehension skills to quickly understand and execute tasks.
Take initiative to improve workflow and streamline processes.
Apply critical thinking to evaluate and analyze to resolve job assignment challenges
Work on a variety of projects and tasks, ensuring attention to detail and on-time delivery.
Update and maintain client and prospect profiles in the company CRM system.
Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer interaction and support.

We want someone who doesn’t just complete assignments but takes ownership of their work. A candidate who can adapt to new challenges, remain calm under pressure, and is dedicated to ensuring tasks are done correctly, efficiently, and with quality results.

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
Female, 30 years or older (required).
VERY Proficient in Spanish & English with strong verbal and fluent communication skills.
Must be available to work between 11am to 4pm MST Arizona time frame.
Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Highly resourceful, detail-oriented, and efficient.
Comfortable with multitasking across different projects.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
1. Minimum 3 years working as a Spanish Representative with customers
2. Minimum 2 years of proven experience in the BPO industry
3. Any prior proven Leadership/Management experience is a MAJOR PLUS and recommended to apply
4. Must have high-speed internet connection and a reliable computer or laptop capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

WORK SCHEDULE:
Work schedule is a part-time schedule, working 4 hours per day for 5 days a week.
Days and Hours to work are Monday to Friday sometime between 11am to 4pm MST Arizona time.
Periodically extra hours will be available

ADDITIONAL INFO
1. This position is a permanent part time job, and a full-time shift could be available after 1 year of being hired
2. Hourly pay rate will be increased after working 90 days
3. Annual evaluations will be conducted to review Employee's performance which will determine new pay rate
