JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:

We are a growing licensed compounding pharmacy and wellness company based in Texas, looking for a highly skilled bilingual Virtual Assistant** who is fluent in both English and Spanish. This is not your typical VA role — we need someone with a strong medical or healthcare background who can hit the ground running.

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound patient and lead inquiries in both English and Spanish
- Assist with patient intake, lead qualification, and call routing
- Process orders and follow up on fulfillment requests
- Verify insurance information and assist with documentation
- Transfer Spanish-speaking patients or leads to the appropriate tea ---------- mber
- Support day-to-day pharmacy and DME operations as needed
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system

Requirements:

- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written — this is a hard requirement)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical or healthcare setting (pharmacy, clinic, hospital, insurance, etc.)
- Strong customer service background
- Experience with order processing or medical billing preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing healthcare environment
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup
- Available during U.S. Central Time business hours

Nice to Have:

- Experience with CRM tools (GoHighLevel a plus)
- Familiarity with insurance verification or prior authorizations
- Knowledge of DME (Durable Medical Equipment) or compounding pharmacy operations
