JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing real estate and mortgage company based in California looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Virtual Assistant to call and follow up with Facebook leads.

These leads are people who have requested more information about buying a home, our available properties (inventory), and financing/loan programs.
Your job is to contact them quickly, build rapport, ask basic questions, and book an appointment with our team.

You are NOT expected to explain mortgage programs in detail.
Your job is to: call, qualify lightly, and schedule.

What you will do (daily responsibilities)

Call new Facebook leads within 1–2 minutes after they come in (speed matters)

Speak with leads in English and Spanish

Ask basic questions and understand what they need

Book an appointment on our calendar (or transfer the call to our team)

Send follow-up text messages when leads don’t answer

Follow up multiple times with leads over several days

Update notes and statuses in our CRM after every attempt

Basic questions you will ask

Are you looking to buy a home now or just exploring?

What city/area are you looking in?

When would you like to move forward?

Are you currently working / have steady income?

Do you know your approximate credit score?

Have you spoken with a lender before?

Requirements

Fluent English + Spanish (must be strong in both)

Confident and friendly on the phone (not shy)

Experience with lead calling / appointment setting / sales is preferred

Professional communication and strong follow-up skills

Reliable internet + quiet workspace + good headset

Able to work Pacific Time (US hours)

Organized and consistent (we care about accuracy and notes)

Bonus (nice to have)

Real estate, mortgage, insurance, or solar calling experience

CRM experience (any CRM is fine)
