JOB OVERVIEW

Credit Repair Virtual Assistant — U.S. Credit Repair Experience Required

I’m looking for an experienced, reliable Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines who has previous experience working with U.S. credit repair clients.

This position will initially be part-time, approximately 10–20 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing hours as the client pipeline grows.

Responsibilities

Review client credit reports from Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion
Identify collections, charge-offs, late payments, hard inquiries, bankruptcies, student loans, and other negative or potentially inaccurate reporting
Review differences in how accounts are reported across the three credit bureaus
Prepare and track disputes according to established procedures
Update client files and CRM records
Track dispute rounds and bureau responses
Organize client documents
Follow up with clients regarding missing documents and status updates
Maintain a clear calendar for 30-day follow-ups and credit reviews
Prepare weekly client progress reports
Help identify when a client may be ready to return to their mortgage lender for re-evaluation
Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish when needed
Maintain complete confidentiality of all client information

Required Experience

You must have previous experience working in the U.S. credit repair industry.

Experience with one or more of the following is preferred:

Credit Repair Cloud
DisputeFox
DisputeBee
GoHighLevel or other CRM systems
IdentityIQ
SmartCredit
MyScoreIQ
Other three-bureau credit-monitoring platforms

You should have working knowledge of:

FCRA
FDCPA
Metro 2 reporting basics
Credit bureau disputes
Collections
Charge-offs
Late payments
Hard inquiries
Credit utilization
Bankruptcy reporting, including Chapter 7 and Chapter 13
Student loan reporting
Federal and private student loans
Student loan late payments, collections, defaults, and reporting discrepancies
Mortgage-readiness credit review

Language Requirement

The ideal candidate must be able to communicate professionally in both:

English
Spanish

You should be comfortable speaking and writing with clients in both languages.

Important

I am NOT looking for someone who simply sends generic dispute letters.

I want someone organized, ethical, detail-oriented, and comfortable following an established credit-repair process.

You must not promise clients guaranteed deletions, guaranteed credit-score increases, or specific results.

Bankruptcies, student loans, collections, charge-offs, and other accounts should be carefully reviewed before any action is taken.

Any unusual, complicated, or questionable account should be escalated for review rather than disputed automatically.

Ideal Candidate

Previous U.S. credit repair experience
Fluent or highly proficient in English
Fluent or highly proficient in Spanish
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Comfortable communicating with U.S. clients
Experience reviewing three-bureau credit reports
Experience with bankruptcies and student loan accounts
Experience with mortgage-readiness clients strongly preferred
Reliable internet connection
Able to work independently
Available for some overlap with U.S. Central Time
Real estate, mortgage, or lending-industry experience is a strong plus

Starting Pay

$5–$8 USD per hour depending on experience.

Approximately 10–20 hours per week to start.

There is opportunity for additional hours as the business grows.
