We are a U.S.-based business barter network with members in multiple cities. We're hiring a Virtual Assistant to serve as a Trade Director or support role— someone who can call business owners, gather their needs and offerings, input them into our system, and help match them for successful trades.
This is not a call center script-reading job. You will build real business relationships. We provide full training, but you must be confident in English, proactive, and organized.
Key Responsibilities:
• Call and follow up with U.S.-based business owners (no cold calling – they are already members)
• Collect “what they offer” and “what they want” with other members of our trading community
• Add/update client info in our CRM system
• Help match members for potential trades (we’ll train you on this)
• Send follow-up messages by SMS or
• Coordinate with our U.S. team of Trade Directors (via chat and Zoom)
• OPTIONAL: Send out deals, promotions, or daily
Requirements:
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Comfortable making phone calls and speaking clearly
• High attention to detail and ability to follow up consistently
• Willing to work U.S. business hours (Eastern or Central Time preferred)
• Strong internet connection and quiet work environment
Preferred (but not required):
• Experience with CRM tools (GoHighLevel)
• Customer service, appointment setting, or sales background
• Familiarity with small business needs (ideal if you’ve worked B2B)
Schedule:
• 20-40 hours/week
• Flexible exact hours but must be available during core U.S. daytime
Salary:
• Starting at $3–$6 USD/hour, depending on experience
• Paid bi-weekly
