JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Assistant with hands-on experience using QuickBooks Online. The ideal candidate should have experience with bank and credit card reconciliations, accounting data entry, transaction categorization, and maintaining accurate financial records.

The candidate must also have strong Microsoft Excel skills, including experience with VLOOKUP, organizing and analyzing financial data, and creating spreadsheets, schedules, and supporting reports.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies are essential. Experience handling day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks is highly preferred.
