JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a dependable, professional call agent to help people seeking bail bond services. You should communicate clearly, stay organized, and treat callers with patience and respect during stressful situations.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to inquiries, referrals, and contacts who have agreed to be contacted.
- Answer incoming calls and explain our services using approved scripts.
- Collect and verify contact information directly from customers and willing contacts.
- Ask interested callers whether they would like to provide another contact or introduce a family member or friend.
- Record call notes, update lead status, and schedule follow-ups.
- Connect interested customers with our bondsman.
- Respect requests to stop calling and keep customer information confidential.
Qualifications
- Strong phone communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in sales, appointment setting, or a call center preferred.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and online dashboards.
- Reliable internet and a quiet workspace if working remotely.
- Able to handle sensitive conversations without pressure or judgment.
