Hey there,
We're looking for an experienced Back-end Manager to take full responsibility for one of our Ecom Fashion Dropshipping Stores. We're a rapidly growing e-commerce company operating in the USA, currently processing around 100 orders per day, and we're looking for someone who thrives in operations, leadership, and continuous improvement.
This is one of the most important positions within our company.
Unlike many companies, you won't be working alone. You'll work closely with another experienced Back-end Manager and the founders, allowing you to collaborate, exchange ideas, and continuously improve the way we operate.
We're not looking for someone who simply follows instructions. We're looking for an A-player who brings ideas, improves systems, takes ownership, and wants to build something for the long term.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of experience managing operations within a Dropshipping or E-commerce business.
Proven experience working for a Fashion Dropshipping store generating $100K-$200K+ per month.
Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management, Order Management, and operational workflows.
Experience managing suppliers and maintaining strong supplier communication.
Experience handling Order Issue Management, refunds, replacements, logistics issues, and customer escalations.
Experience managing or assisting with Disputes / Chargebacks (Shopify Payments, WHOP).
Strong knowledge of Google Sheets, reporting, tracking KPIs, and operational dashboards.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Comfortable improving existing SOP's and building better internal processes.
Your Responsibilities:
You'll be responsible for making sure our entire back-end operation runs smoothly every single day.
Your responsibilities include:
Managing and optimizing our Supply Chain operations.
Working directly with suppliers to solve issues, improve communication, and ensure reliable fulfillment.
Overseeing our Order Issue Management department and ensuring problems are solved quickly and correctly.
Supervising the Dispute / Chargeback process and making sure cases are handled professionally.
Working closely with management to improve systems, workflows, and efficiency.
Coordinating with multiple departments to keep operations aligned.
Monitoring operational KPIs using Google Sheets and internal dashboards.
Identifying bottlenecks before they become major problems.
Your goal isn't just to maintain operations it's to make them better every week.
The Kind of Person We're Looking For:
We're extremely selective with who joins our team.
We only want people who genuinely make our company stronger.
You should:
Think like an owner instead of an employee.
Constantly look for ways to improve our business.
Be proactive instead of waiting for instructions.
Be comfortable giving honest feedback and suggesting better solutions.
Take responsibility when problems arise.
Love building systems and improving efficiency.
Want to grow together with the company for many years.
We don't hire people to simply "do tasks."
We hire people who help us build a better company.
Compensation:
We believe great people should be rewarded.
Competitive base salary (depending on experience).
Performance-based bonuses.
Additional rewards based on operational performance and company growth.
Weekly or bi-weekly payouts (depending on agreement).
When the company grows, your opportunities and earnings grow with it.
What We Offer:
A long-term position with real career growth.
Direct collaboration with experienced management.
The opportunity to grow into overseeing multiple stores as we expand.
A company that values your ideas and listens to improvements.
Communication through Slack and structured workflows.
A high-performance team full of ambitious A-players.
