States. Venture backed and women-founded, Our client empowers people and institutions to align
investments to advance economic equality, racial justice, and gender equity initiatives.
They're seeking an IC Back Office Operations Contractor to support our Impact Cash™ back-
office team across reconciliation, reporting, and the day-to-day execution that keeps monthly
deposit operations running smoothly. This is a detail-driven role for someone who works
precisely and reliably within established processes, partnering closely with our operations team,
who review and approve the work you help prepare. Above all, we are looking for someone who
is genuinely AI-native- comfortable reaching for AI tools and skills throughout the day and
building lightweight agents and automations wherever they make the work faster and more
accurate- treating AI as a core part of how they operate, not an afterthought.
In this role you will:
• Lean on AI throughout the work- use AI-native tools and skills in your daily workflow,
and build simple agents and automations where they improve speed, consistency, and
accuracy
• Support reconciliation — help reconcile deposits, balances, and monthly flows by
gathering data, running first-pass checks, and surfacing discrepancies for review
• Support reporting and month-end close — pull and compare data sets and help prepare
monthly materials for review
• Support timely execution — prepare, organize, and queue items so they are ready for
review and approval on schedule
• Maintain operational checklists and records — keep trackers, checklists, and
documentation current so the monthly cycle stays accurate and on time
• Gather and organize documentation — retrieve and stage supporting information from
portals and systems as part of the monthly process
Qualifications
• Genuinely comfortable with AI-native tools — uses them daily and is eager to build and
refine simple agents and workflows
• 3+ years in financial operations, transaction processing, or back-office support, ideally in
fintech, banking, or asset servicing
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a track record of working precisely and reliably within
established processes, checklists, and instructions
