This is not a traditional VA, customer service, or routine lead-follow-up position.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute RME's business growth strategy
Generate new B2B and commercial business opportunities
Build strategic partnerships and recurring accounts
Develop relationships with property managers, apartment communities, realtors, senior communities, storage facilities, builders, contractors, commercial businesses, trucking/logistics companies, and final-mile delivery companies
Identify new revenue streams and market opportunities
Develop referral, vendor, and subcontracting partnerships
Communicate and negotiate with business owners and decision-makers
Build and manage a B2B business-development pipeline
Determine which markets and accounts RME should prioritize
Make appropriate day-to-day business-growth decisions
Establish and track growth KPIs
Analyze results and adjust strategies when necessary
Provide direction to sales support staff when opportunities require follow-up
Report growth opportunities, results, and recommendations directly to the owner
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Strategic Partnerships, Account Management, or Sales Management
Demonstrated ability to generate new business and develop professional relationships
Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable communicating with business owners and decision-makers
Able to work independently, make decisions, and take initiative
Experience in logistics, transportation, moving, property management, home services, or commercial services is a plus
How Success Will Be Measured:
Success will be measured by new B2B opportunities, strategic partnerships, recurring accounts, commercial opportunities, pipeline growth, booked business, and revenue generated.
