REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Proven experience in Bookkeeping + Reports Analysis
Background in E-commerce and/or 3PL (Third-Party Logistics)
Experience handling multi-brand accounts under one owner
Strong understanding of:
- Financial reporting
- Reconciliation
- Inventory / logistics tracking
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
Clear written and verbal English communication

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle bookkeeping across multiple brands
- Prepare and analyze financial reports
- Reconcile transactions, payouts, and expenses
- Track inventory, COGS, and 3PL-related data
- Provide insights to improve financial and operational performance
- Maintain accurate and organized records
