JOB OVERVIEW

? NOW HIRING: BILINGUAL (Spanish & English) REAL ESTATE COLD CALLER / APPOINTMENT SETTER

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Real Estate Cold Caller to join our team.

MUST HAVE:
• Fluent English & Spanish
• Previous real estate cold calling experience
• Experience with Mike Ferry and/or Tom Ferry prospecting scripts
• Strong objection-handling skills
• Confidence speaking with homeowners and asking for the appointment
• Ability to make a high volume of outbound calls consistently
• Strong follow-up and CRM skills
• Must be coachable, accountable, and goal-oriented

You will be prospecting:
• Expired listings
• FSBOs
• Pre-foreclosures
• Absentee owners
• Circle prospecting / neighborhood homeowners
• Past leads and follow-up opportunities
• Other motivated seller leads

YOUR GOAL:
Create conversations, qualify sellers, overcome objections, follow up consistently, and set quality appointments for our real estate team.

? COMPENSATION:
Hourly pay + commission/bonus for every appointment that results in a closed transaction.
