About the role
Contact Marketers is hiring 23 remote sales team members: 20 BDR Cold Callers and 3 Lead Generation Specialists. All roles are full-time, work US business hours, and pay up to $10/hour, with room to grow based on your results.

BDR – Cold Caller (20 openings)

What you’ll do:

Make 150 outbound B2B cold calls a day
Run discovery calls and book appointments
Generate leads with Apollo and job-finder tools
Log calls and activity in JustCall

What we’re looking for:

At least 2 years of B2B cold calling and appointment setting
Strong communication skills and confident discovery calls
Lead generation experience with Apollo and job-finder tools
JustCall experience

Lead Generation Specialist (3 openings)

What you’ll do:

Build and qualify lead lists with Apollo, job-finder tools and API scrapers
Deliver at least 50 qualified leads a day as a starting target
Make outbound calls and send email outreach to leads
Manage leads and campaigns in GoHighLevel (GHL)

What we’re looking for:

At least 2 years in recruitment and lead generation
Experience with Apollo, job-finder tools and API scrapers
GoHighLevel (GHL) experience
Comfortable making outbound calls and doing email outreach

For both roles

Full-time, 8 hours a day, US business hours
100% remote
Comfortable working with a time and activity monitoring tool
Must be able to work exclusively with us (no other jobs or side gigs)
Reliable internet connection and a computer that can handle calling and lead generation tools

Pay
Up to $10/hour, with increases based on performance.
