Closers only. If you have not carried a quota and closed on live calls, this one is not for you.
This is a sales and activation role for our partner program. You close new Vea partners on a call, then you're the one who gets them actually selling.
We're Vea, a telehealth practice in the US. Licensed clinicians, GLP-1s, peptides, sexual health. We do the prescribing, pharmacy, shipping, billing and support, so none of that touches you.
Every single person you speak to has already applied to become a Vea partner and wants in. Coaches, nurses, trainers, the person their gym or their group chat already asks what to take. They found us, filled in an application, watched a video, and booked their own call. Nobody on your calendar is a stranger or a cold lead. No cold calling, no lists, no prospecting, ever.
The calls run thirty minutes, ten to twelve booked on a busy day. Work out what the person actually wants, and tell them straight when we're not it.
Then comes the harder half. You keep them. Code live, training done, first link sent, and you chasing them when they go quiet, which they will. Most of it happens over text, so you'll live in iMessage.
What we'll judge you on: how many of your partners make a first sale inside 60 days.
What you need to have done already. At least two years closing, on live calls or video, in a role where the number was yours. Consumer sales, not enterprise. You should be able to tell me roughly how many deals you have closed and at what price, without having to go and look it up.
Hours. 9 to 5 Eastern or 9 to 5 Pacific, your pick. Pick one and hold it, because that's when people book.
Don't apply if you want a script and a dial list, or if you think the job ends at the close.
Applying. One video, two parts, and I need both parts in the same recording.
Part one, about 30 seconds. Introduce yourself. Who you are, what you have sold, and why this one.
Part two, about 90 seconds. You're 25 minutes into a call. She's a personal trainer, she's keen, she wants in. You get to the money and she says:
"I'm in, I really am. I just don't get paid until next Friday."
Answer her. Out loud, to camera, the way you would say it on the call. Don't describe your approach or talk me through your framework. Just handle it.
One take, no script, phone footage is fine. Polish is not what I'm looking for and a produced video tells me less than a real one. Loom, unlisted YouTube, Drive, whatever you like.
I watch this before I read anything else about you. No video, no read.
