B2B Sales Representative - Real Estate Appraisal Services Company (Philippines - Remote - Full Time)
We are hiring one sharp, professional, and confident sales representative to join our growing real estate appraisal services company based in the United States. This is not a general real estate company. We provide professional appraisal services and the people we call on are decision makers at professional firms who have a direct and legitimate need for what we offer. This is a serious full-time remote position and we are only looking for serious applicants.

Position Details:

Full-time - Monday through Friday
Hours: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Central Time
Pay: $4.00/hour during your first week trial period - rises to $5.00/hour upon successful completion
Pay schedule: Biweekly

What You Will Be Doing:

You will be making outbound professional relationship building calls to decision makers at professional businesses in the United States on behalf of our real estate appraisal services company. This is consultative B2B outreach - you will be introducing our services to businesses that have a direct need for them and building professional relationships that lead to ongoing orders.
This is not cold calling to sell a product nobody asked for. This is not spam dialing. This is not retail sales. This is not reading from a script. You will be having real, professional, consultative conversations with decision makers, establishing rapport, and positioning our services as the solution to a need they already have.

Each day you will:

Make outbound professional relationship building calls to U.S. based professional businesses using a company provided phone number
Log every call in a Google Sheets form - who you spoke to, their contact information, what was said, and the outcome
Take detailed and accurate notes on every conversation
Report your daily progress to your direct manager who will be monitoring your call logs, your notes, and your overall performance closely

Your First Week:

Your first week is a paid trial period at $4.00/hour. Your direct manager will review your call logs, your notes, and your overall performance every day during this period. Candidates who demonstrate professionalism, consistency, strong communication, and real sales ability will move to full status at $5.00/hour beginning week two. We are looking for someone who wants a long term role and a long term relationship with our company - not a side gig and not a temporary position.

You Must Meet Every Requirement Below - No Exceptions:

Clear, confident, and professional spoken English - you will be speaking directly with decision makers at professional U.S. businesses every single day
Proven B2B sales experience - you must have experience having professional conversations with decision makers at law firms, medical offices, financial institutions, or other professional service businesses - if your only sales experience is consumer products or retail this role is not for you
Consumer sales, retail sales, and high volume spam dialing do not qualify
Comfortable and fully confident working in Google Sheets for daily call logging and detailed note taking - you must confirm this in your video
Internet speed of at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload - you must state your actual speed in your video - do not simply say you have fast internet
A quiet, professional workspace with no background noise and no interruptions during your work hours
This must be your only job during the hours of 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Central Time Monday through Friday - full and undivided commitment is required during those hours
