JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help grow Books to Bed. We create premium children’s pajamas paired with well-loved storybooks, designed to make bedtime more meaningful for families.

Our products are sold to retail partners across the United States and Canada, including boutiques, gift shops, and specialty stores. Your role will focus on generating interest, building relationships, and guiding potential partners into our wholesale system.

You will work closely with our internal team. We have a small operations team (2 people) who handle order processing, fulfillment, and customer support. You will focus on the front end of the sales process, while our team manages everything after the order is placed.

Responsibilities (Email-Based):
• Lead Generation: Research and identify new retail partners and boutique stores
• Outreach: Send professional pitch emails and follow up with leads
• Wholesale Onboarding & Inquiries: Invite interested clients to join our B2B portal, send welcome emails once they sign up, and respond to inbound emails from prospective wholesale clients
• Collaboration: Forward confirmed orders to our Operations Coordinators via email so our team can handle processing in Cin7 Core from order to fulfillment

Requirements:
• B2B experience is required. Please do not apply if you do not have B2B sales experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Sales or Lead Generation
• Excellent written English
• Must be able to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST)
• Self-motivated and highly organized
