What You’ll Be Doing

Drive Sales Growth – Make outbound calls, email leads, present solutions, and close deals with SME clients.
Client/Portfolio Management – Nurture your client accounts, upsell services, and keep relationships strong.
Lead Generation & Follow-Up – Find leads through research, cold outreach, and smart follow-up.
CRM Management – Keep Zoho CRM updated daily with notes, deals, and contact activity.
Accounts Receivable – Support timely payment collection while maintaining great client rapport.
Learn & Evolve – Stay up to date on industry trends, adapt your approach per region, and grow your sales skills.

What We’re Looking For

2–4 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, cold calling, or lead generation.
Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Experience with Zoho CRM or similar tools.
Strong work ethic with a self-starter attitude.
Detail-oriented and organized with strong follow-up habits.
Experience managing or growing a portfolio of SME clients.
Bonus: Experience with the Australian or New Zealand markets.
