JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing offshore staffing company serving US-based businesses. We build structured offshore teams across recruiting, HR, accounting, and administrative functions for distributed organizations.

We are hiring an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in the Philippines to drive outbound prospecting and generate qualified meetings with US decision-makers.

This is a performance-driven role with strong commission upside.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Researching and identifying qualified US-based companies
Building targeted prospect lists
Executing cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
Personalizing messaging for decision-makers (COO, VP Operations, HR, Founders)
Booking qualified meetings for the founder
Managing outreach sequences using modern sales tools
Tracking pipeline activity in CRM
Continuously improving messaging and conversion rates
You will NOT be responsible for closing deals — your focus is qualified meeting generation.

Required Experience (Must Have)
3+ years B2B sales experience
Experience selling to US-based companies
Experience with cold email and LinkedIn outbound
Experience using tools like Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, Clay, or similar
Strong written English (professional, executive tone)
Experience booking meetings for founders or executives
Ability to research companies and personalize outreach

Bonus if you have:
Experience selling staffing, BPO, outsourcing, or recruitment services
Experience using AI tools to enhance outbound (ChatGPT, Clay AI enrichment, AI personalization tools)
Experience targeting mid-market companies

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who understands outbound strategy and knows how to get responses from US executives.

Sales Navigator
Apollo / similar data tools
Cold email platforms
CRM systems
AI writing tools for personalization
Google Workspace
If you have built or optimized outbound systems before, that is a strong advantage.

Compensation
Base: $600–$800 USD per month depending on experience PLUS commission!
Commission: Competitive performance-based commission per qualified meeting and per deal closed
Opportunity to grow into a larger sales role over time
High performers can significantly increase earnings through commission.
