We’re looking for a top-performing B2B SDR — someone quick-thinking, fast-talking, and fluent in English who knows how to engage CEOs, Owners, and HR Executives and can book qualified meetings fast.
If you’ve sold U.S.-based Employee Benefits, HR Tech, or PEO services, this is your lane.
If you’re a smooth closer who can control conversations without sounding pushy, we want you.
If you know NEPQ (Neuro-Emotional Persuasion Questioning) or a similar modern sales framework — even better. You’ll be tested on it.
This is not a B2C or entry-level position. We’re looking for proven experience.
Key Responsibilities
Call and connect with U.S. business owners, CEOs, CFOs, and HR leaders
Book qualified appointments for our licensed advisors
Use GoHighLevel, Zoho CRM, and SimpleTalk to manage and track leads
Maintain high daily call volumes (50–100+) while staying strategic
Qualify decision-makers using NEPQ-style discovery and questioning
Follow up via
Report KPIs daily through Hubstaff and communicate updates via Slack
Record short Loom videos documenting workflow improvements in Zoho Learn
Preferred Skills
Experience with U.S. PEO, Payroll, or Employee Benefits sales
Familiarity with NEPQ, SPIN, or consultative sales frameworks
Proficiency in GoHighLevel, Zoho, Hubstaff, SimpleTalk, ListKit, Apollo, Slack
Strong organization, follow-through, and accountability — no dropped leads
Compensation
