We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented B2B Sales Assistant to support our sales team with lead research, outreach, and CRM management. This is a part-time, remote role with clear growth opportunities for strong performers.
Responsibilities
Lead Research & Qualification
• Research potential B2B partners (corporations, universities, events, organizations)
• Identify decision-makers and verify contact details
• Build and maintain organized lead lists
Outbound Sales Support
• Send
• Light personalization of messages using AI tools
• Monitor replies and flag interested leads
CRM & Sales Operations
• Log activities, notes, and lead status accurately in the CRM
• Update pipeline stages and maintain clean records
• Prepare simple summaries or call briefs when needed
Administrative Sales Support
• Organize prospect files and internal sales documents
• Assist with tracking follow-ups and outreach activity
Hours & Pay
10 hours per week (flexible schedule)
$8.00 USD per hour
This role may grow to additional hours, higher pay, and commission eligibility based on performance.
Requirements
Strong written and spoken English
Reliable internet connection
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets, Meet, Zoom and Gmail
Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines
Nice to Have (Not Required):
• Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or virtual assistance
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
• LinkedIn outreach experience
Basic experience with AI tools like ChatGPT

The test project is compensated at $16 USD and is designed to take approximately 1.5–2 hours.
