Tempello is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company that uses AI to automatically convert attorneys'
**Role Overview:**
We are looking for a driven B2B SaaS Sales Representative to join our team full-time. You'll be conducting live product demos for warm, inbound leads — law firms that have already expressed interest through our marketing. No cold calling or prospecting required. Experience selling to small and mid-size law firms via online video presentations is highly preferred, though strong B2B sales experience in any industry is required.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct engaging product demos via video call (Google Meet) to inbound leads from small to mid-size law firms
- Clearly communicate how Tempello saves attorneys time and increases revenue by turning
- Manage and follow up with prospects throughout the sales pipeline to close deals
- Onboard new law firm accounts: guide clients through initial platform setup and activation
- Manage and update the CRM (HubSpot - we'll teach you) with accurate lead and customer data
- Provide post-sale support to ensure smooth account activation and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with the team using AI tools (including Claude) for efficiency
- Identify upsell opportunities within the existing law firm client base
- Provide regular sales activity reports and performance updates
**Requirements:**
- Experienced in B2B SaaS sales (required)
- Experience selling to law firms or small professional services firms via online video demos is strongly preferred
- Proven track record of closing B2B deals and achieving sales targets
- Experience conducting professional software demos and product walkthroughs
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (desired - but we can teach you)
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to improve productivity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
**Compensation:**
- $1,500–$1,800/month base (based on experience), plus commissions
- Commissions expected to add approximately 25%
**Work Setup:**
- 100% Remote
- Full-time (40 hours/week, with availability to align with US business hours required)
