We are hiring a senior B2B SaaS sales professional to lead revenue growth through direct sales and strategic partnerships.
This role is designed for someone who operates with an ownership mindset. You will be responsible for building pipeline, opening doors, running product demonstrations, and closing deals without scripts, micromanagement, or constant oversight.
This is a salaried, full-time position with commission-based incentives and meaningful upside.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue and Pipeline Ownership
• Own and grow a qualified B2B sales pipeline
• Prospect into your own network and develop new relationships
• Manage deals from initial conversation through close
• Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
Partnership and Network Development
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships with training providers, compliance firms, and platforms
• Build referral and channel relationships that generate long-term deal flow
• Represent Asgard professionally in partner and industry conversations
Sales Conversations and Product Demos
• Lead discovery calls with decision-makers
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to real business risks and buyer pain points
• Navigate longer sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying committees
• Collaborate internally to refine messaging and positioning
CRM and Forecasting
• Manage all sales activity, deals, and notes in HubSpot CRM
• Maintain accurate pipeline stages and forecasts
• Provide feedback on objections, deal velocity, and market insights
Qualifications
Required Experience
• Proven experience in B2B SaaS or B2B software sales
• Track record of closing mid-market or enterprise deals
• Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM
• Comfortable selling value-based solutions rather than commodity software
