We are looking for a reliable and professional B2B Outreach & Lead Qualification Specialist to help us contact U.S.-based businesses and identify qualified opportunities for our sales team.
This is not an aggressive sales role. Your job is to:
Make outbound calls to businesses
Have professional conversations with receptionists and decision-makers
Qualify interest
Collect accurate notes
Pass warm opportunities to our team
If you are calm, articulate, and comfortable speaking with U.S. professionals, this role is a great fit.
What You’ll Be Doing
Make 60–80 outbound B2B calls per day (manual dialing)
Speak with business owners, managers, or gatekeepers
Ask qualifying questions (we provide training)
Update call notes and outcomes in our CRM
Follow up with previously contacted leads
Help clean and improve lead lists over time
Requirements
Excellent spoken English (neutral or American-leaning accent preferred)
Prior experience with B2B calling or lead qualification
Comfortable speaking with receptionists and professionals
Organized and detail-oriented (good notes matter)
Stable internet connection and quiet work environment
Ability to follow processes and improve with feedback
