PAY: $5.00 USD/hour base + performance commission

COMMISSION: $15 USD per new wholesale account | $5 USD per reorder | $75 USD monthly bonus at 6+ accounts closed

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Parked Innovations LLC is a Los Angeles-based company that has developed and patented the Vehicle Dash Privacy Shield — a first-of-its-kind automotive privacy product that installs across the inside of a vehicle’s windshield, giving drivers complete privacy while parked. The shield features a forward-visibility mesh panel so the driver can still see out. It requires no tools, no installation, and folds flat for storage.

We are entering the wholesale market and need a driven, professional, English-fluent Virtual Assistant to conduct outbound B2B phone sales to independent automotive businesses across Los Angeles County, California.

This is a ground-floor opportunity with a growing American company. High performers will have the opportunity to grow with us as we expand regionally and nationally.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Make 25–40 outbound calls per day to a lead list provided by us
- Introduce the Vehicle Dash Privacy Shield to owners and managers of auto repair shops, car detail shops, independent car lots, and car washes
- Qualify prospects and close wholesale pre-orders via phone and follow-up email
- Direct interested prospects to our official website (officially launching April 2026) and collect their email to send our wholesale pricing sheet
- Log all call activity, outcomes, notes, and follow-up dates in our CRM
- Submit a brief daily call report every working day
- Achieve a minimum of 3 new wholesale accounts per month beginning Month 2

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required:

- Excellent spoken and written English — clear, confident, and professional on the phone
- Prior B2B outbound cold-calling experience — this is a phone-first role
- Comfortable making high call volumes daily without losing energy or professionalism
- Reliable, fast internet connection and a quiet professional work environment
- Available Monday–Friday during Pacific Standard/Daylight Time business hours
- Organized and self-accountable — you submit your daily report without being reminded
- Familiar with CRM tools, Google Sheets, or similar tracking systems

Strong Advantage:

- Experience selling to U.S.-based businesses
- Experience in automotive accessories, consumer products, or wholesale/distribution sales
- Familiarity with U.S. small business culture and decision-maker communication styles

WHAT WE OFFER

- $5.00 USD/hour base pay — paid weekly via Wise or Payoneer
- $15 USD commission for every new wholesale account that places a first order
- $5 USD commission for every reorder from an existing account
- $75 USD monthly bonus when you close 6 or more new accounts in a calendar month
- At 90 days, performers in good standing become eligible for a full-time position and hourly rate increase

PERFORMANCE STANDARD

This is a results-based role. Beginning in Month 2, a minimum of 3 new wholesale accounts per calendar month is required to remain in the position. This standard will be clearly outlined in your contract.
