What you'll be doing:
Making a high volume of cold calls to B2B prospects daily
Sending personalized outreach
Researching prospects to tailor your messaging to their business and pain points
Managing your pipeline and following structured outreach cadences
Tracking all activity and reporting on results
Booking qualified meetings for our sales team
What we're looking for:
Experience in B2B cold calling, outbound sales, or appointment setting
Confident and professional on the phone — you can handle objections and keep conversations going
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
Ability to research a prospect and craft relevant, personalized messaging
Comfortable with CRMs, dialers, and
Self-disciplined and driven — you can maintain high daily activity without constant oversight
Reliable internet and a quiet space for calls
Compensation:
Competitive base salary
