Cold & Warm Outbound Systems • CRM Automation • LinkedIn Content (CRE + Capital + Lending)
I’m hiring my first full-time operator!
I run a boutique B2B growth marketing agency focused on commercial real estate, real estate investment/capital, construction, CRE lending/loans, and adjacent services. I handle strategy, vision, and client relationships.
What I need now is a systems-first marketing executor who can take an outcome like “book more qualified meetings” and turn it into a repeatable outbound + CRM engine—without constant back-and-forth.
If you like building clean workflows, running outreach that actually lands meetings, and iterating based on data (not vibes), you’ll thrive here.
What success looks like —
You will have built a working engines that reliably produces outcomes like:
1. Consistent booked consults / deal submissions from targeted CRE audiences
2. Clean segmentation and list strategy (not random spraying)
3. Outreach that is deliverable, measured, and improving weekly
4. A CRM that moves leads forward automatically (and revives old ones)
5. A LinkedIn content /outbound system cadence that supports credibility + pipeline
Who I’m looking for
This role is for you if you’re:
1. Proactive and self-directed (you don’t wait to be told what to do next)
2. Great at turning “here’s the goal” into steps, systems, and execution
3. Comfortable owning multiple moving parts (outbound + CRM + content ops)
4. Sharp with copy + design + presentation (especially LinkedIn + Canva)
5. Systems-minded: you build workflows that keep working after week two
6, Able to work U.S. hours and communicate clearly (Slack/Google Chat/WhatsApp)
7. Hungry to grow—this is an early seat with real runway
Not a fit if you need heavy daily direction, dislike outbound, or avoid metrics.
What you’ll do (day to day)
1) Outbound + Lead Gen (cold + warm)
Build targeted lists and segments using ZoomInfo
Launch and optimize cold
Run LinkedIn outbound with Sales Navigator + automation tools (Expandi, Manyreach, etc.)
Monitor and improve performance weekly: deliverability ? replies ? bookings ? pipeline
Keep messaging tight, relevant, and compliant (no spammy nonsense)
2) CRM + Automation (make the machine run itself)
Build/maintain workflows in Monday CRM / Pipedrive / GoHighLevel
Connect outreach ? CRM stages, tasks, follow-ups, tagging, and reporting
Build re-engagement systems so leads don’t die in the “graveyard”
Keep the CRM clean enough that we can trust it
3) LinkedIn Content + Light Content Ops (credibility that supports pipeline)
Manage content calendars across multiple LinkedIn accounts
Design clean, modern B2B visuals in Canva
Help publish/repurpose articles that support SEO + authority (I handle most Framer work)
4) Proposals + Client Materials (light ops support)
Assemble proposals/decks using Canva / Adobe / Pages (Mac)
Make things clean, accurate, and client-ready
Tools you should be comfortable with
Instantly.ai, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Expandi/Manyreach (or similar), Monday CRM, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, Canva, Mailchimp, Framer is a plus (not required)
If you haven’t used every tool, that’s okay—what matters is that you’ve built similar systems and can learn fast.
How we’ll work together —
Two meetings per week
1x planning/priorities
1x review/performance + iteration
Daily communication on Google Chat, WhatsApp, etc.
I handle client comms and strategy direction.
You run execution, tracking, optimization, and documentation.
