Part-time Hours: 10 hrs/week for the first 4–6 weeks (build phase - open to a fixed project price for this). The ongoing maintenance, TBD

Some overlap with US Mountain Time preferred for weekly check-ins.

About the work

I'm a B2B author and advisor helping enterprise leaders make their organizations AI-native. My business runs on a deliberate product ladder: free content and a free self-assessment lead to a paid cohort class, which leads to higher-value advisory work. My buyers are senior — Chief AI Officers, VPs of Transformation, CEOs. This is premium, high-trust, low-volume, high-value work. It is the opposite of e-commerce or high-volume SMB lead-gen.

I have plenty of content and reach. I have a conversion problem. Right now, attention leaks out the bottom: a free assessment that doesn't route people onward, a LinkedIn outbound tool sitting dormant, and no clean path from "interested stranger" to "booked into the class." Your job is to build and run the machine that focuses on conversion (mid-funnel).

What you'll own

LinkedIn outbound (HeyReach).

Build campaigns in HeyReach, keep targeting lists fresh and tightly matched to my ideal buyer, run connection + message sequences, and hand me warm, qualified replies to convert personally. (The account already shows a ~28% connection-acceptance and ~19% reply rate — it just needs an owner.)

The core funnel. Wire what happens after someone completes my free self-assessment: tag them in the CRM, trigger the right nurture sequence, comp their free community access, and move them toward the class waitlist/enrollment. Make the assessment actually function as the gateway it's designed to be. Attio is my CRM.

Lead scoring & segmentation.

Score and segment inbound so my time goes only to warm, enterprise-fit conversations.
CTAs & tracking everywhere. Add clear calls-to-action and proper UTM/analytics tracking across YouTube, LinkedIn, and Substack so every touchpoint routes to the assessment and we can see what converts.

Must-have skills

- Hands-on with a LinkedIn outbound platform — HeyReach strongly preferred (Expandi, Dripify, or Sales Navigator + similar acceptable)
- Email/CRM automation and nurture sequences (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or comparable)
- Workflow automation: ---------- , n8n, or Zapier or Claude Code.
- Funnel/landing-page + conversion tracking (GA4, Tag Manager, UTMs, webhooks)
- Clear written English and the discipline to document everything as an SOP
- Systems thinker who ships, tests, and hands off — not someone who needs constant direction

Nice-to-have
- Comfort with Supabase / webhooks / lightweight API work
- Experience with premium, high-ACV B2B funnels (not just DTC or local-service volume)
- Familiarity with Substack and Metricool

This role is NOT for you if
- Your background is e-commerce / dropshipping / high-volume SMB lead blasting
- Your instinct is aggressive SMS or AI-voice-bot outreach — that would damage my brand with executive buyers
- You describe yourself as a "growth hacker" who "makes things go viral"
- You want to create content or be the marketing voice (I handle the voice; you build the machine behind it)
