JOB OVERVIEW

Conscious Fuel is a Los Angeles-based company providing office coffee, healthy snacks, vending, micro-markets and workplace refreshment services.

We are seeking a friendly, resourceful and highly organized virtual assistant to support business development, lead generation, appointment setting and social media.

This is not strictly a cold-calling position. The right person will research qualified prospects, conduct professional B2B outreach, schedule appointments, maintain our CRM and provide basic social-media and customer-service support.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research qualified Los Angeles-area businesses and add accurate information to our CRM.
• Identify office managers, administrative managers, facilities managers, operations managers and workplace-experience decision-makers.
• Prioritize WELL-certified, wellness-focused, creative and innovative workplaces.
• Make professional outbound B2B calls during Pacific Time business hours.
• Follow an approved call guide while sounding natural and conversational.
• Send approved follow-up emails and schedule qualified in-person appointments with a Conscious Fuel representative.
• Record every call, result, objection, follow-up date and next action in Google Sheets or our CRM.
• Provide brief progress reports.

SOCIAL-MEDIA SUPPORT

• Help create and schedule simple social-media posts.
• Repurpose Conscious Fuel service information into useful content.
• Create or edit basic Canva graphics.
• Organize approved images and content.
• Respond to basic comments or messages using approved language.
• Help promote office coffee, healthy vending, micro-markets and workplace wellness.

LIGHT CUSTOMER-SERVICE AND ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

• Respond to basic customer inquiries using approved information.
• Route pricing, equipment or service questions to a Conscious Fuel representative.
• Organize contact information, lead notes and customer records.
• Follow up on approved requests.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• A clear, warm and professional speaking voice.
• B2B cold-calling and appointment-setting experience.
• Lead-generation and online-research experience.
• Experience calling businesses in the United States.
• Strong Google Sheets or CRM skills.
• Experience with Canva and social-media scheduling.
• Strong listening, gatekeeper and objection-handling skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Reliable internet, a quality headset and a quiet workspace.
• Availability during Pacific Time business hours.

Experience with office services, vending, coffee, food and beverage, wellness, commercial real estate or other B2B service companies is a plus.

COMPENSATION AND TRIAL

• $7 USD per hour.
• Approximately 6–8 hours for the initial paid project.
• $15 bonus for every qualified appointment that takes place.
• Paid training and practice-call time.
• Possibility of consistent weekly work based on performance.

A qualified appointment must be with a person who helps make decisions about office coffee, employee snacks, vending or workplace refreshments, has a realistic need, and agrees to a specific in-person meeting date and time.
