JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing exterior service company in Montana looking for a reliable appointment setter to generate new commercial and residential business.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Finding qualified businesses, property managers, HOAs, realtors, hotels, and other potential clients in our target areas
• Finding decision-maker contact information
• Cold calling businesses using a provided script
• Sending personalized cold emails
• Following up with interested prospects
• Booking qualified estimates directly onto our calendar
• Tracking calls, emails, responses, and appointments

Our services include window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and holiday light installation.
We will provide the target locations, services, scripts, and guidance.

Requirements: Excellent spoken and written English, comfortable making cold calls to U.S. businesses, reliable internet, previous lead generation or appointment-setting experience preferred.

Please include a short voice recording introducing yourself and describe any previous cold-calling or appointment-setting experience.

We will start with a paid trial. Strong performance can turn into a long-term position with additional hours and performance bonuses.
