JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast growing independent insurance agency based in South Carolina looking for a motivated and experienced B2B appointment setter to call local businesses and set appointments for commercial insurance quotes.
This is a long term remote position with consistent hours, great pay, and growth opportunities as our agency expands.

Responsibilities:
Make 100-150 outbound calls per day to local businesses from provided lead lists
Pitch a free commercial insurance comparison to business owners and decision makers
Set appointments directly on our calendar using Calendly
Qualify prospects before booking — make sure decision maker is confirmed
Log all call results daily in Google Sheets
Send daily call report to management
Follow provided script and objection handling guide
Handle common objections professionally

Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills — clear and confident phone voice
Minimum 1 year of B2B cold calling experience required
Reliable high speed internet connection
Quality headset with noise cancellation
Available Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm Eastern Time
Self motivated and able to work independently
Experience in insurance sales a plus but not required
Familiarity with Google Sheets and Calendly preferred

Pay Structure:
Base pay: $6 per hour
$5 bonus for every appointment set
$15 additional bonus for every appointment that shows up
Strong performers earning $1,500-2,000 per month total

Hiring Process:
Apply with a brief introduction about your cold calling experience
Top candidates will be asked to record a 1 minute voice introduction
Video interview with shortlisted candidates
Start immediately with a paid 2 week trial period
Full time position offered to top performers after trial
