B2B Growth Operations & Paid Ads Assistant
(UK Professional Services Focus | 4 Hours/Day | Data-Driven Role)
We are a UK-based B2B technology platform operating in the professional services sector.
We are looking for a disciplined, detail-oriented Growth Operations Assistant to support structured outbound activity, paid advertising management, and CRM integrity.
This is NOT a creative social media role.
This is NOT a content creation position.
This is a structured, performance-driven execution role.
Core Responsibilities
You will support daily growth operations including:
1?? CRM & Pipeline Discipline
• Updating CRM after outbound activity
• Ensuring mandatory next-action dates are set
• Tagging and stage control
• Identifying stagnation risks
• Daily KPI tracking
2?? LinkedIn & Instagram Structured Outreach
• Following targeted UK professional firms daily
• Connecting with Directors and decision-makers
• Sending structured, non-spam outreach messages
• Tracking response rates
• Managing follow-up timing inside CRM
• Avoiding account flags and spam behaviour
This is controlled B2B outreach, not influencer engagement.
3?? Google Ads (AdWords) Support
• Monitoring active campaigns
• Reviewing search term reports
• Flagging irrelevant traffic
• Updating negative keyword lists
• Basic bid adjustment support
• Tracking conversion metrics
• Preparing weekly performance summaries
You are not required to build strategy — but you must understand campaign structure and performance metrics.
4?? Lead Generation & List Building
• Using Apollo / Snov / LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Cleaning and enriching data
• Structuring target firm lists
• Segment tagging
Required Experience
You MUST have:
• Experience working with UK-based B2B companies
• CRM platform experience (HubSpot, Attio, Pipedrive, GHL or similar)
• Experience managing or supporting Google Ads campaigns
• Experience performing structured LinkedIn outreach
• Strong written English (C1 minimum)
• Comfort working under measurable daily KPIs
Bonus (Highly Valued)
• Experience supporting founder-led outbound
• Experience targeting professional service firms
• Basic understanding of UK market terminology
• Understanding of ad conversion tracking
Working Structure
• 4 hours per day
• Must overlap 2–3 hours with UK time

Compensation
$7–10/hour depending on experience
