As the Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our email marketing strategies to engage our audience, drive customer acquisition, and increase brand loyalty. This leadership role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and data-driven decision-making to maximize the effectiveness of our email campaigns and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Email Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with business goals, audience segmentation, and customer lifecycle stages. Identify opportunities to optimize email performance and drive engagement.
• Campaign Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, creation, and execution of email marketing campaigns, including promotional campaigns, newsletters, drip campaigns, and transactional emails. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with marketing objectives.
• Design according to our brand guidelines
• Audience Segmentation and Personalization: Segment email lists based on customer demographics, behaviors, and preferences to deliver personalized and relevant content. Utilize dynamic content and A/B testing to optimize email performance and increase engagement.
• Content Development and Optimization: Oversee the creation of compelling email content, including copywriting, design, and visuals, to effectively communicate brand messaging and drive desired actions. Continuously test and refine content elements to improve campaign performance.
• Email Automation and Workflow Management: Implement email automation workflows and sequences to streamline customer communications and nurture leads through the sales funnel. Monitor and optimize automation workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor key email marketing metrics and performance indicators, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue generated. Analyze campaign results and provide insights to inform optimization strategies and future planning.
• List Growth and Management: Develop strategies to grow email subscriber lists organically and manage subscriber acquisition channels, including website sign-up forms, lead magnets, and partnerships. Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices.
• Email Deliverability and Inbox Placement: Monitor email deliverability rates and inbox placement to ensure that emails reach subscribers' inboxes and avoid spam filters. Implement best practices for improving deliverability and maintaining a positive sender reputation.
Experience:
- 2+ years of proven experience in creating high impact and unique email marketing campaigns for E-commerce brands.
- 2+ years of marketing work experience with a background in e-commerce lead generation, customer acquisition using creative email campaigns.
- Knowledgeable in different copywriting strategies that will be used to promote the product.
- With excellent communication and writing skills.
- Hands-on experience in e-commerce marketing automation platforms.
- Professional copywriting skills are essential. You must be able to consistently match our brand’s voice and deliver professional and engaging copy writing.
