Who We Are:
U.S.-based DOT drug testing and compliance company serving the transportation, logistics, and safety-sensitive industries nationwide. We help trucking companies stay federally compliant through drug testing programs, random testing consortiums, and compliance management, and we are growing fast. We are building our sales team and looking for one sharp, driven cold caller who wants to grow with us long-term.
The Role:
You will be the first voice that trucking companies will hear from, offering OmniLab services. Your job is to call fleet managers, owner-operators, and transportation business owners across the U.S., qualify them, and book appointments for our team to close, or close smaller accounts yourself.
This is not a script-reading job. We want someone who thinks, adapts, and takes ownership of results.
Your Schedule:
- 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM U.S. (PST), (CT) (MT)
- 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM U.S. (PST), (CT) (MT)
- Monday through Friday (4 hours/day, 20 hours/week)
What You Will Do
- Make 80–120 or more outbound calls per day to U.S. trucking and logistics companies
- Qualify prospects by fleet size, compliance status, and current drug testing provider
- Book discovery calls and appointments with decision-makers
- Close smaller accounts directly when appropriate
- Source your own leads using the FMCSA database, Google, LinkedIn, and directories
- Log all activity in our CRM daily
- Suggest improvements to scripts and outreach strategy
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 1–2 years of B2B cold calling experience — transportation, logistics, or compliance industry experience is a
major plus
- Confident, clear English communication — you will speak directly with U.S. business owners
- Self-starter who can generate leads independently, not just work a list
- Goal-oriented — you measure your own success by appointments booked and deals closed
- Reliable internet, computer, and quality headset
- Available to work U.S. Central Time hours as listed above
