Engage365 is a U.S.-based marketing agency that helps small businesses grow through social media, paid advertising, SEO, review management, lead generation, websites, and more.
We are building a serious outbound sales team and are looking for **experienced B2B cold callers only**.
This is not an entry-level role. This is not a training position. We are not looking for people who want to “try” cold calling.
You will be expected to perform.

## Role Overview
This is a **hunter role**.
You will:
* source your own leads
* cold call U.S. small businesses
* qualify decision makers
* schedule strategy calls with our team
This is **NOT a closing role**.
Your job is to create **qualified opportunities**, not just book meetings.

## Compensation
* **$8 per hour (20 hours per week)**
* **$1 per scheduled meeting**
* **$7 per meeting that attends**
* **$20 per closed deal from your meeting**
### Additional Monthly Revenue Bonus:
* $1,500 – $1,999 ? $100
* $2,000 – $2,499 ? $150
* $2,500+ ? $200
Strong performers will earn significantly more through bonuses.

## Expectations (Non-Negotiable)
* ~300 calls per week
* 40–70 calls per day
* 10–15 meetings booked per week
* Focus on **meetings that attend and convert**
Time allocation:
* Maximum **4 hours/week** for lead sourcing
* Minimum **16 hours/week** actively calling

* Source leads using:

* LinkedIn
* Yelp
* Business directories
* Make outbound cold calls to U.S. businesses
* Speak directly with owners / decision makers
* Ask questions and qualify opportunities
* Schedule strategy sessions with qualified prospects
* Log all activity in our CRM
* Follow process and instructions exactly

* Fluent English with **clear, neutral accent**
* **Proven B2B cold calling experience REQUIRED**
* Comfortable speaking with U.S. business owners
* Ability to control conversations and ask questions
* Reliable internet and quiet environment
