Key Responsibilities

* Has reliable internet and a quiet workspace
* Is comfortable using Google Sheets/Excel, CRM systems, and communication tools
* Is highly motivated by performance and results
Performance Expectations
Daily targets:
* 50–100+ outbound calls
* 20+ meaningful conversations when possible
* 10–20+ newly researched prospects
* Consistent follow-up on previous prospects
* Accurate CRM/spreadsheet updates
Primary KPI:
Qualified appointments booked
Quality is more important than simply booking appointments. Appointments should ideally be with a business owner or decision-maker who has a legitimate need for business wireless services.
Qualification Questions
The VA should learn to determine:
1. Who is currently providing your business wireless service?
2. Approximately how many business lines do you have?
3. Are those lines company-owned or employee-owned?
4. Roughly how much does the business spend on wireless each month?
5. Are you currently under contract?
6. Are you experiencing any issues with your current provider?
7. Who makes the final decision regarding your wireless service?
8. When would you be open to reviewing another option?
The goal is not to hard-sell on the first call. The goal is to determine whether there is an opportunity and get the qualified prospect onto the Account Executive’s calendar.
