JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based marketing agency helping dental and healthcare clinics grow by increasing their patient volume.

We are looking for a reliable and experienced cold caller and appointment setter to contact dental and healthcare clinics in the United States and book appointments for our sales team.

This is a long-term position with opportunity to grow into a full-time role.

Responsibilities

Call dental and healthcare clinics in the U.S.

Speak with office managers and practice owners

Introduce our services using provided script

Book qualified appointments on our calendar

Follow up with leads when needed

Update call results in CRM or Google Sheets

Make 50–100 calls per day

You are NOT responsible for selling. Only booking appointments.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years cold calling or appointment setting experience

Experience calling U.S. businesses (B2B)

Clear and neutral English accent

Comfortable speaking on the phone all day

Reliable internet connection

Quiet work environment

Professional and confident communication skills

Preferred but not required:

Experience with marketing agency campaigns

Experience calling healthcare or dental clinics

Work Schedule

Part-time to start:
4 hours per day
Monday–Friday

U.S. business hours (Arizona / Pacific / Eastern time)

Opportunity to move to full-time based on performance.
