JOB OVERVIEW

Millennium Innovation is hiring a part-time B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to contact U.S. local-business leads that we provide.

This role is focused on speaking with business owners, identifying interest in a professionally managed website and related smart business products, booking qualified appointments, and recording accurate call outcomes. You will not be responsible for closing sales, collecting payments, finding leads, or performing technical website work.

We provide:
- Approved lead lists in small batches
- A Millennium calling number or approved calling system
- Product and offer training
- An approved call process and objection guidance
- A scheduling link and simple lead tracker
- Coaching during the paid trial

Responsibilities:
- Call supplied U.S. local-business leads during approved U.S. Eastern business hours
- Speak naturally and professionally with owners or decision-makers
- Ask basic qualification questions and book interested prospects
- Record every call outcome and useful notes accurately
- Respect all do-not-call and opt-out requests immediately
- Protect lead information and follow Millennium's data-handling rules

Requirements:
- Clear, confident, and easy-to-understand spoken English
- Previous B2B cold-calling or appointment-setting experience, preferably with U.S. businesses
- Reliable internet, a quality wired headset, a quiet workspace, and backup connectivity
- Availability during U.S. Eastern business hours
- Experience recording call outcomes in a CRM or spreadsheet
- Reliable, coachable, organized, and comfortable handling rejection respectfully
- Willing to use only Millennium's approved calling system and caller identity

Important rules:
- Do not scrape, purchase, or add your own leads
- Do not use personal, spoofed, or rotating phone numbers
- Do not download, copy, or reuse Millennium lead lists
- Do not collect payment or request payment information
- Do not claim to represent or be affiliated with Google
- Do not promise discounts, rankings, guaranteed results, or delivery dates

Hiring process:
1. Submit your location, timezone, relevant experience, industries previously called, available U.S. hours, and equipment details.
2. Include a 60-90 second custom voice recording introducing yourself and explaining why you would be effective speaking with U.S. local-business owners.
3. Selected candidates will complete a short live interview and role-play.
4. Finalists will receive a paid one-hour audition using dummy leads.
5. The selected candidate will begin with a paid 10-hour supervised trial at $5 USD per hour.

Strong performance may lead to ongoing part-time work. A future performance bonus may be introduced for verified qualified appointments that attend, but no bonus amount is promised at this stage.
