JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a confident and reliable B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to help grow our commercial cleaning business.

Your main responsibility will be calling facility managers, property managers, office managers, and other decision-makers at commercial properties to introduce our cleaning services and generate qualified appointments or opportunities for estimates.

Responsibilities include:

Make outbound cold calls to businesses and commercial facilities
Speak with facility managers, property managers, office managers, and other decision-makers
Introduce our commercial cleaning/janitorial services
Identify businesses that are currently looking for cleaning services or may be open to receiving a quote
Schedule appointments, walkthroughs, or follow-up calls for our team
Record call results, contact information, and follow-up notes
Follow up with interested prospects when necessary
Maintain a professional and friendly tone while representing our company

We are not looking for someone to aggressively pressure prospects into buying. We want someone who can have a professional conversation, identify potential opportunities, and get interested decision-makers to the next step.
