B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter (Remote – Philippines)

About Us

All Time Guards Security Services is a licensed California security company providing professional security guard and mobile patrol services to apartment communities, hotels, shopping centers, HOAs, warehouses, construction sites, office buildings, government facilities, and other commercial properties throughout Southern California.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Cold Caller / Appointment Setter who is confident speaking with business decision-makers and can help generate qualified sales appointments for our management team.

Responsibilities

* Make outbound cold calls to apartment complexes, property management companies, hotels, HOAs, shopping centers, warehouses, office buildings, construction companies, schools, healthcare facilities, and government organizations.
* Identify the person responsible for security services or vendor selection.
* Build rapport and professionally introduce our company.
* Ask qualifying questions to identify security needs.
* Schedule appointments or discovery calls for our sales team.
* Maintain accurate call notes and update the CRM after every conversation.
* Follow up with prospects when appropriate.
* Meet daily call and appointment-setting goals.

Requirements

* Excellent spoken and written English.
* Neutral or clear English accent.
* At least 1 year of B2B cold calling or appointment-setting experience.
* Comfortable speaking with business owners, property managers, and executives.
* Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
* Self-motivated, organized, and dependable.
* Stable high-speed internet connection.
* Quiet home office with a quality USB headset.
* Experience using dialers such as VICIdial, GoHighLevel, RingCentral, Five9, or similar is preferred.
* Experience with CRM software is a plus.

Performance Expectations

* 150–250 outbound calls per day.
* Generate qualified appointments with decision-makers.
* Maintain detailed and accurate CRM notes.
* Consistently meet or exceed weekly appointment goals.
