Earn 50K–80K+/Month | B2B Appointment Setter (US Company)
TruGuard Security (U.S.-based) is hiring experienced B2B appointment setters from the Philippines.
This is a real outbound sales role, not a VA/customer support job.
Compensation (What You Can Actually Earn)
• Base Salary: ?27,000 – ?36,000/month
• + Bonuses + Uncapped Commission
Most reps stay in the 30K–45K range
Strong performers hit 50K–80K+ consistently
The job is simple:
Book more meetings = earn more money
What You’ll Be Doing
• Call U.S. businesses (cold calling)
• Get past gatekeepers
• Speak with decision-makers
• Ask 1–2 quick questions
• Book appointments for our sales team
That’s your only goal: book meetings
This Role Is For You If:
• You’ve done B2B appointment setting
• You’ve called U.S. prospects before
• You know how to:
• Handle gatekeepers
• Deal with “send me an
• Push for the meeting confidently
• You want a role where performance = higher income
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
• B2B appointment setting experience
• Cold calling experience (U.S. market)
• Go High Level (GHL) experience
• Strong spoken English
• Quiet work environment + stable internet
• Can work U.S. hours
