About Digilari Media
Digilari Media is a Brisbane-based digital marketing agency and an accredited partner of Google and active users on GHL and HubSpot. We help Australian & NZ businesses grow through SEO, Google Ads, inbound marketing, social media, and marketing automation. We are expanding our outbound sales team and looking for experienced, confident B2B appointment setters who can open conversations, handle objections on the fly, and consistently book qualified meetings for our Australian sales consultants.
This is a high-activity role that rewards people who are disciplined, articulate, and genuinely motivated by results. If you need hand-holding on every call or you shut down at the first objection, this role is not for you.
WHAT YOU WILL DO EVERY DAY
- Make 75–100 outbound calls to Australian businesses, targeting key decision-makers
- Aim for 20–30 meaningful conversations per day with business owners, marketing managers, and senior leaders
- Use provided scripts and objection-handling guides as a foundation, then adapt in real time based on the conversation
- Book qualified appointments directly into the calendars of our Australian sales consultants
- Log all call activity, outcomes, and notes accurately into our CRM after every session
- Send follow-up and information
- Complete a daily activity report covering calls made, conversations held, and appointments set
YOUR DAILY TARGETS
- 75–100 outbound calls per day
- 20–30 conversations with decision-makers
- 5-10 qualified appointments booked weekly
- CRM updated after every call
- Daily activity report submitted
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in outbound B2B calling, appointment setting, or telephone sales, ideally 2 or more years
- Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, confident, and professional approach on every call
- Ability to work autonomously with a high degree of initiative, you do not wait to be told what to do
- Genuine resilience, you handle rejection professionally and keep dialling
- Strong listening skills, you ask good questions and know when to adapt mid-call
- Basic familiarity with digital marketing concepts (SEO, Google Ads, social media, marketing automation) you do not need to be an expert, but you should be comfortable discussing these services at a high level
- Experience logging calls and managing follow-ups in a CRM (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar)
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home working environment

COMPENSATION
Competitive hourly base rate, plus a per-appointment bonus for every qualified meeting booked. Additional performance bonuses are tied to volume milestones and actual signed clients. The harder you work and the better you perform, the more you earn, uncapped.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Hours aligned to Australian Eastern Time (AEST), you will be calling Australian businesses during their business day
- 100% remote from the Philippines
