Company Overview: We are a high-growth credit consulting and funding readiness firm.
We do not do manual, low-level credit repair. We leverage automated systems to fix credit so we can secure high-ticket business funding for our clients.
The Role: We are looking for a relentless, highly organized B2B Affiliate Manager. Your singular goal is to onboard, train, and manage financial affiliates who process credit denials daily. You will target mortgage brokers, loan officers, auto dealers, CPAs, and real estate agents.
You are not selling our service to consumers; you are showing other businesses how to monetize their dead leads.
Core Responsibilities (The Scope of Work):
Outbound Prospecting: Identify and relentlessly contact local and national financial affiliates.
Pitching the ROI: Present our 10X ROI referral program, offering affiliates a finder's fee equal to roughly 10% of the customer's Lifetime Value (LTV) for every paid client they refer.
Script Training: Train every affiliate to use our mandatory 60-second elevator pitch at the exact
Portal Activation: Drive 100?option of our GoHighLevel affiliate portal. You must ensure affiliates know exactly how to submit leads into the portal to eliminate data entry friction.
Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact. You will follow up on lead submissions immediately, track commission payouts, and continuously re-engage affiliates to ensure they keep sending volume.
Requirements:
Fluent English (written and spoken). You will be speaking with US-based business owners and sales managers.
Experience in outbound B2B sales, recruiting, or partnership management.
Familiarity with CRM management (GoHighLevel preferred).
Ability to operate on US time zones and follow strict operational checklists without needing to be micro-managed.
