JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive Aviation Partnerships & Outreach Specialist to help grow CrewSIM, an eSIM service built specifically for pilots and flight attendants worldwide.

Your Main Goal

Build partnerships with aviation organizations around the world and help us reach more pilots and flight attendants.

You will identify and contact:

* Pilot associations
* Flight attendant / cabin crew associations
* Aviation unions and professional organizations
* Airline employee associations
* Pilot clubs and aviation communities
* Aviation magazines, newsletters and media
* Flight schools and academies
* Other organizations with access to pilots and cabin crew

Your Responsibilities

* Research relevant aviation organizations worldwide
* Find the right decision-makers and contact information
* Contact organizations by email, LinkedIn and other appropriate channels
* Introduce CrewSIM and propose cooperation opportunities
* Follow up consistently
* Negotiate partnerships and member benefits
* Organize newsletter features, social media posts, advertising and other collaborations
* Maintain all organizations, contacts and communication in our CRM
* Manage the partnership pipeline from first contact to completed cooperation
* Coordinate materials needed for partnerships
* Develop new ideas for reaching pilots and flight attendants worldwide

Who We’re Looking For

* Excellent written English
* Strong online research skills
* Confident communicating with decision-makers
* Comfortable negotiating partnerships
* Persistent and organized with follow-ups
* Experience with CRM systems
* Able to work independently and take ownership
* Experience in partnerships, business development, outreach, sales, PR or affiliate management is a strong advantage
* Aviation industry experience is a plus

Compensation

PHP 70,000 per month

Plus a 13th-month payment of PHP 70,000 each year.

This is a full-time, long-term position.

About CrewSIM

CrewSIM provides international mobile data specifically for airline crew. Our customers are pilots and flight attendants who need reliable connectivity during layovers around the world.

We are not looking for someone who simply sends emails. We want someone who takes ownership of building and managing our worldwide network of aviation partnerships.
