About Us:
That 1 Detailer is a rapidly growing company specializing in premium automotive services. We’re building a team of A-Players to help us scale operations, streamline processes, and manage data across payroll, sales, leads, and reporting systems.

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Automations & Data Expert to build and maintain integrated systems that improve efficiency and provide actionable insights. You’ll connect platforms, automate workflows, and create dashboards for payroll management, sales commission tracking, sales lead tracking, call analysis, Carfax reporting, job tracking, and more.

Must-Have Experience:
GoHighLevel (GHL)
Notion
Zapier
Webhooks
Meta Pixel / GHL Conversion API
Process Automation

Preferred Experience:
N8N
SQL / Data Management

Bonus Skills:
Graphic Design
Funnel Building / Lead Generation
AI Agent Experience
Delphi Experience

Responsibilities:
Build integrated workflows across multiple platforms
Create dashboards and reports to track KPIs and operational performance
Audit, troubleshoot, and optimize existing systems
Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and implement automation
Train and support tea ---------- mbers on using automated systems

Requirements:
Advanced / Expert level in required platforms
Proven experience building integrated systems for operational efficiency
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Strong problem-solving skills

Compensation: $800–$1,400/month, depending on experience
