JOB OVERVIEW

I run a US-based land and mineral rights investment business in Texas. Most of the business runs on Google Sheets and Gmail, and I'm hiring one VA to automate and organize it.

This is NOT a data entry job. I need someone who builds systems, not someone who waits for instructions. You'll work directly with me (the owner), and after a paid 2-week trial this becomes a long-term position with a path to full-time hours (40-50/wk) and a monthly rate.

- Build Google Apps Script automations connecting Gmail and Google Sheets (auto-updating trackers, email parsing, scrapers)
- Use Claude (AI) daily to draft emails, write and debug scripts, and analyze data — I'll provide access
- Automate email workflows: triage my inbox, track invoices, send follow-ups
- Keep master tracking spreadsheets clean, accurate, and organized
- Research records on public websites and fill in data gaps
- Send me a short, clear end-of-day summary: hours worked, what you completed, what you need fro ----------

1. EXCELLENT ENGLISH — WRITTEN AND SPOKEN. You must be easy to understand on calls. This is a hard requirement and I will verify it before hiring.
2. Strong logical thinking. You spot when a number doesn't make sense and bring me solutions, not questions.
3. Expert with Google Apps Script — you've built real automations connecting Gmail and Sheets.
4. Experience using AI tools (Claude preferred, or ChatGPT) for real work.
5. Extremely organized. Clean spreadsheets, clear notes, nothing falls through the cracks.
6. Self-managing. You take charge of a project end-to-end. I review your work; I don't hand-hold.

- $5/hr during the 2-week paid trial ($100/wk committed), invoiced weekly via Payoneer
- After trial: ongoing hourly with room to grow to 40-50 hrs/wk, then a monthly rate
- Flexible hours, some overlap with US Central time for check-ins
