About the Role
We are a short-term rental management company (Nova Escapes) operating across Bali and Australia.
We have an existing automation and integration system partially built (n8n, CRM, WhatsApp, payments), and we are looking for someone to step in, complete key integrations, and get the system working end-to-end.
This is a project-based role, not full-time employment.
We are looking for someone who can deliver outcomes, not ongoing dependency.
Scope (Phase 1 – Immediate Work)
We need someone to complete and stabilise the following:
- Set up and finalise CRM pipelines and automations (GoHighLevel)
- Connect WhatsApp API and enable messaging flows
- Integrate Guesty with CRM and WhatsApp
- Connect Xendit (Payment processor) to SuiteOp and Guesty for payment links and workflows
- Integrate SuiteOp for guest experience triggers
- Set up Slack notifications for internal team
The goal is a simple, working system — not over-engineered.
First Task (Paid Trial)
The first task will be:
- Review our current n8n workflows and system setup
- Identify what is working vs broken
- Fix key issues and complete core integrations
- Get one end-to-end flow working (lead ? CRM ? WhatsApp ? payment)
You should be able to clearly explain:
- what you would check first
- what you would fix first
- how you would simplify the system

- Guesty (PMS)
- GoHighLevel (CRM)
- SuiteOp (Guest Portal and Tasks)
- n8n (automation)
- WhatsApp API (in progress)
- Xendit, Stripe, Merchant Warrior (payments)
- Slack (not setup yet)

What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience with automation tools (n8n, Make, APIs, webhooks)
- Experience building CRM pipelines and automation flows
- Ability to connect multiple systems end-to-end
- Comfortable reviewing and improving an existing system (not starting from scratch)
- Able to debug and fix broken workflows (not just build from scratch)
- Able to work with incomplete or messy systems and bring clarity
- Experience with AI integrations (e.g. OpenAI, Gemini, chatbots, or AI workflows)
- Ability to implement simple, practical AI use cases (not over-engineered systems)
- Strong focus on getting systems working first, then layering AI where useful
- Focus on simplicity, reliability, and execution
Not The Right Fit
- Web developers or designers
- Anyone without API / integration experience
- Anyone who over-engineers or builds unnecessary complexity
Engagement
- Start with a paid audit + implementation (20–30 hours)
- If a good fit, we will continue with ongoing tasks as needed
- We are NOT looking for someone full-time or long-term dependency
