Position: Automation Specialist – Remote (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Hours: 20–50 hours/week (flexible, with overlap in CST hours)
Compensation: $1300 - $3900 / month to start (paid every two weeks, on time)

About the Role
We are a U.S.-based personal injury law firm. Our mission is to fight for injured people as if they were family.
This role ensures our systems run faster, smoother, and without errors—so the legal team can focus on winning cases, not fixing processes. You will design automations that cut manual work, prevent mistakes, , and use AI (ChatGPT API) to process, summarize, and transform data before it moves into other systems.

What You’ll Do
** Build automations across intake ? case system ? reporting
** Remove duplicate data entry and manual tracking
** Integrate ChatGPT API into processes (e.g., summarize notes, classify survey responses, clean data)
** Write clear step-by-step SOPs for every automation
Experience & Training
** 3+ years workflow automation (Power Automate, Zapier, Make)
** Portfolio with examples of automations/workflows you built (screenshots, diagrams, SOPs)
** Proven experience using ChatGPT API or similar AI tools inside automations
** Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Systems, or equivalent experience
** Familiar with APIs, Microsoft 365 tools, and integration platforms
** Bonus: Security tools (Microsoft Entra, Intune, etc.)
Essential Skills
** Strong automation building skills (Power Automate, Zapier, Make)
** Proven experience connecting ChatGPT API into workflows
** API integration and troubleshooting
** Clear, plain writing for step-by-step documentation
** Detail-oriented, consistent, and reliable
Additional Skills (Nice to Have)
** Power BI, Excel, Google Sheets automation
** SQL / Power Query / DAX
** Visual process mapping (L
** Python or JavaScript for custom connectors
** Marketing automation (HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Google Ads APIs, LiveRamp)
** Project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Airtable)
First 90 Days
** Deliver working automations that remove manual work (with AI integration where useful)
** Document each automation with clear SOPs
** Save the team at least 10 hours/week of manual tasks
** Set up monitoring to ensure automations run with minimal errors
** Create a simple dashboard to track efficiency gains
Compensation & Benefits
** $1,300–$3,900/month (paid consistently, negotiable for proven experts)
** 20–50 hours/week, flexible but aligned with CST hours
** 100% remote, part-time or full-time depending on performance
